Encode itemRenderer strings when sent to the adapter

When looking through the source code I found that the locator object is URI encoded when sent to the adapter, which is great, because in that way any localization problems can be avoided. Sadly any item_renderer strings sent to the app are not encoded. Because of this if one tries to fire an event to a item renderer that contains international characters like äöå the event firings fail as item renderers are not found.
